On a segment with The Daily Show correspondent Samantha Bee this week, Ilyse Hogue, President of NARAL Pro-Choice America, highlighted the fact that Medicare has spent $172 million in the last 5 years for penis pumps (no, seriously, they have) without any debate whatsoever. Meanwhile, there have been 40 attacks on contraception laws at both the state and federal level in 2014 alone. And it’s only March.

The double standard is outrageous and it’s time to start the debate.
