If you like fresh strawberries, you probably eat Driscoll's Strawberries, because they monopolize the fresh strawberry market
These berries are picked in Baja California Norte, Mexico, by workers who only make Mex$110 a day - that's US$8 a day.
They haven't had a raise in fifteen years even though the industry has boomed
The women farmworkers are often sexually harassed by the foremen at work
They live in squalor in shacks with no running water
Now they're on strike and they are facing off against Driscoll's and the Policia Estatal de Baja California Norte.
