We Be Sinking

Ok, seriously: Since I first lived as an adult in Los Angeles 1980, I began contemplating the state of earthquakes.....

I noticed all the development of skyscrapers & drilling.

On my own I concluded that; the more we displaced the earth, the more we extracted from the "cushion" of oil, gas, minerals.... the greater the pocket of air was left.....

The heavier the buildings & greater the weight; the greater the compression of the air pockets. The air unable to sustain/bear the weight would compress and collapse, causing earthquakes.....

The heavier the roads..... the more the asphalt & cement over the open areas, the less the earth could breathe and consequently the hotter the earth would become. There would be expansion from the heat causing shifts and more quakes.....

Now there is nothing to fill the gaps, so what happens? Natural implosions & collapse....

I don't believe my thinking is "scientific", it is a result of Logical & Critical Thinking skills..... Which, unfortunately most people either do not have, or choose to ignore and prefer to Go For The Greed!
