For me it is All About Being of Service & Living the Life of the Give-Away....

Being Mindful of those who are unable to speak for themselves; our Non-Two Legged Relations and the Future Generations.

It's about walking on the Canka Luta Waste Behind the Cannunpa and the ceremonies.

It's about Mindfulness and Respect. It's about Honesty and owning up to my foibles.

Living Gratitude

For many years now I have spoken & written about living an "Attitude of Gratitude"...

Of the major changes in my life revolved around how I perceived prosperity....  I was in debt and wasn't making a lot, but I had good job, a steady income and w/ great benefits, but like most everyone else I wanted/needed more....

I began with affirmations & visualizations, but they were not enough... So I took my prosperity work one step further and not only did my prosperity increase, but my life's attitude changed.

I began a "Gratitude Journal".....  I  found

an old weekly appointment calendar and changed the dates to match the current year, then every-single night before going to sleep I would write down 3-5  things I was grateful for that day.

It didn't matter if I only named my cats & that I had a piece of chocolate, or that it had rained, or I saw a hawk....  It was the act of  actively acknowledging the good things in my life that worked to change my subconscious beliefs & daily thoughts.

Then I began giving thanks every morning when I awoke, then eventually throughout the day whenever something good happened to me (a prime parking space in a full lot).....

After three years, my life had changed so much that I became much more prosperous and I was able to give more to the community and others in need.....

Now, Living an Attitude of Gratitude is my life and I find the more I  give the more I receive and the more I have to give.....

All it takes is a second of one's time to acknowledge the goodness and to say "Thank-You".
